Submission Guidelines
The papers which fall within the general theme of the conference will be considered for presentation. Conference proceedings will be published and made available at the conference. An abstract (maximum of 300 words) should be sent to the conference secretariat no later than 15 August 2014 (Deadline extended to 31 August 2014). The Technical Review Board members would review the collected abstracts, and then invitation for submitting full paper would be sent to the shortlisted authors. Papers will be accepted on the basis that the named author will attend the Conference in person to make the presentation.
The conference official language is English. Putonghua speaking speakers are welcome provided that the presentation power-points are prepared in English.
